Shareholder Proposal Procedure

Under Article 542-6 of the Commercial Code, shareholders holding at least 0.5% of the total voting rights for the preceding six months may submit proposals for the agenda of the annual general meeting in writing or electronically up to six weeks before the date of the last year's regular general meeting.

The Board of Directors, unless the proposal violates laws or the articles of incorporation or falls under the grounds for rejection specified in Article 12 of the Commercial Code Enforcement Decree, will include such proposals in the agenda for the general meeting and state them in the notice of meeting. If a shareholder proposal is requested, the main content of the proposal is also included in the notice, and the opportunity to explain the proposal at the general meeting is provided.
